A while back I wrote about Rock-n-Romp - a kid friendly backyard rock show of sorts.

I received an email from Eric Friedl of Goner Records concerning a benefit concert and online auction that the crew has put together for a very sick little girl, Anna.

Anna has cancer and has been going through treatment for the past two years.  Since Anna is a regular at Rock-n-Romp, this benefit and auction have been created to help Anna's family with the costs of Anna's treatments.

The Benefit Concert is on the 29th of this month at the Hi Tone Cafe and admission is $10.  Doors open at 7pm and the music is set to kick off at 8pm.

The auction, which can be found by clicking here, will run until February 2nd at 8pm. 

The Commercial Appeal also wrote about the cause and I really hope that the press coverage will lead to a big turn-out at the concert and a lot of money bid on some really great items at the auction.
